President and CEO - Bobby L. Sheppard
The founder of S3 Corporation, Mr. Bobby L. Sheppard, has served for nearly two decades in the law enforcement and intelligence communities specializing in counter-terrorism and force protection. Mr. Sheppard takes hard won experience along with creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to build a company that makes a difference in the fight to preserve our national security. Mr. Sheppard's business philosophy is to continually grow in knowledge and skill at all times in order to feed the creative mind and be prepared to find solutions to those issues and problems, that others deem impossible.
Chief Operations Officer- Jerry Blackwell
Jerry Blackwell has the important role of being second in command within S3 Corporation and is responsible for initiating and managing client accounts within S3 Corporation. Mr. Blackwell brings over 30 years of experience as a federal police officer, under cover police officer, and military leader both as enlisted army ranger and Civil Affairs Officer. Mr. Blackwell brings organizational leadership and a high level of skill in multiple security industries to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible from S3 Corporation.
